Customers and transactions

Customers lists only store identities with verified purchase history. Open a customer to inspect linked identities, current entitlements, and transactions together.

Transaction details show the product, environment, purchase, expiration and revocation times, and related store notifications. Production, Sandbox, and Xcode transactions remain separate.

Customer entitlements are calculated from verified transactions and product mappings. If a result is unexpected, first check the transaction product identifier and its entitlement mappings.

Pass a stable UUID for the signed-in user through the SDK or server API to link store customers to an app account. Active access from customers linked to the same app account can be read together.
